It is a non-profit organisation and is setting high standards of imparting quality education. Such trainings provide students a comprehensive and balanced foundation of innovative attitude building and inculcating relevant skills and qualities of business leader, to learn executive competence, and to achieve professional excellence. Knowledge dissemination is done in a variety of ways to the students community. Many Faculty members ofFIT Engineering College, (FITEC)have published books and research papers. Training and placement cell in theFIT Engineering College, (FITEC)plays a vital role and is becoming a key department of the Institute. As there are large numbers of Engineering and Management colleges coming up in UP, the competition for employment are increasing every day and the job of placement is becoming a challenging one. A full pledged placement cell is functioning in the college with a full time placement officer. Training and Placement Office atFIT Engineering College, (FITEC)is performing the activities like arranging in plant training for students, inviting various organizations for campus recruitment,training to suit various needs of industry.
