CT Institute of Engineering, Management & Technology, Jalandhar got established in year 2004 by the CT Educational Society - An organization dedicated to the noble cause of spreading quality education in the region. The institute is approved by AICTE and affiliated to Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar.
CT Institute of Engineering, Management & Technologyis conveniently located in Shahpur that is hardly 10 km from ISBT, Jalandhar. The campus is housed in lush green environment providing an extremely peaceful and pollution-free location which is ideally conducive for academics and research. CTIEMT is carrying out original research of significance and technology development at the cutting edge. It imparts training to students to make them competent, motivated engineers and scientists. The Institute not only celebrates freedom of thought, cultivates vision and encourages growth, but also inculcates human values and concern for the environment and the society.
The Departments of Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) & Mechanical Engineering are the leading departments in the Institute. These departments have good infrastructure to run the Master degree programmes. These departments have good interaction with industry and the educational institutes including PTU Jalandhar, NIT Jalandhar, Thapar University Patiala, PEC Chandigarh, Punjabi University Patiala, PAU Ludhiana, GNE Ludhiana, GNDU Amritsar, NIT Hamirpur, IITD, JNU, MDU, etc. Two batches of B.Tech. in CSE, ECE, ME, EEE & MBA have already passed out. All these students have been well placed with MNCs, Corporate Houses and other Public/ Private organizations. These departments aim to produce competent and effective Engineers/ Technocrats/ Managers.
