Establishment:-1999. about us : Padmanava College of Engineering was set up in the year 1999 by the Padmanava Educational Trust on the auspicious Birthday of Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehuru. The trust is a non-profit making organization with the sole aim of development of Education in Orissa. The College, situated in the heart of the Steel City, Rourkela, Sector -4, yet away from the jostle bustle of the city life with its campus along-with the famous Indira Gandhi Park, lies within the bracket formed by the Ring Road in the eastern side and the road that goes beside the STPI in the western side. The lush green trees and the serene atmosphere provide a fitting ambience for academic pursuits where learning really means evolving.
