Coimbatore Aeronautical College is located at a distance of 12 km away from Coimbatore railway station enroute to pollachi main road. The Coimbatore Aeronautical College was initially started for offering Marine courses and has steadily progressed into a reputed institution for Marine Engineering.
The burgeoning interest for Aeronautical Engineering triggered the notion of diversifying our core area to Aeronautical science besides consolidating our position as a premiere Marine institution in Coimbatore.
The core strength of the institution lies in its objective to impart excellent training to the students, which makes them competitive engineers in the ever increasing demand for quality talents. The students are offered hands-on training in serviceable aircraft, which adds another diamond to the crown of Coimbatore Aeronautical College.

Course Detail :
The AME Course is a three year course where students have to undergo six semesters. The first five Semesters will be conducted in classrooms coupled with practical Training in our Workshops. In the sixth semester, the students will undergo On Job Training (OJT) within the premises. This course is recognized by the aviation industry both in India and abroad.
The minimum eligibility criterion for getting admission into this course is
10 +2 with 50% marks in Physics and Mathematics
Any Diploma with 50% marks
Any Graduate in Science with 50% marks
Medical Certificate for Physical Fitness & Non- Colour blindness
Tuition fees - Rs. 45,000/- per semester
