Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering & Technology, Jhansi (commonly known as BIET Jhansi) is one of the most reputed engineering colleges in Uttar Pradesh, India affiliated to the Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU, Lucknow). It is recognised by All India Council for Technical Education. AICTE It was founded in 1989 and the first batch graduated in 1993. It is fully funded by the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
It enjoys an unparalleled reputation of giving stellar results year after year.It has the distinction of sending one of the highest percentage of students for higher technical education in institues like IISc and IIT's in India and at many prestigious Universities abroad.
