BSA College of Engineering and Technology, Mathura was established in 1997, the college holds the distinction of being an ISO 9001:2000 certified institute in Uttar Pradesh. Affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU), Lucknow, the courses offered by the institute have been approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. BSA College of Engineering and Technology is also an Institutional Member of the Indian Society for Technical Education, (ISTE) New Delhi.

BSA College of Engineering and Technology is the brainchild of The Agrawal Shiksha Mandal, a philanthropic organization of Mathura. The college was established to fulfill the growing needs of an institution for technical education in Mathura. The college is well known in the northern part of India, because it has been positioned one amongst the top 25 colleges, affiliated to UPTU. BSA College of Engineering and Technology boasts of providing well-equipped laboratories and other world-class amenities in its campus.

To impart skill based technical education to the students leading to inventions and achievements & to prepare students for undertaking their professional duties with competence and confidence.
