siliconindia | | August 20188ne of the mornings last summer, I checked my Twitter and LinkedIn newsfeeds for a quick synopsis of the day. Later, I hit the `download' button on recommended books on Kindle, knowing I had a long flight that evening. While wolfing-down the breakfast, I was browsing an e-Commerce website to buy a gift for my friend's birthday and I clicked just a single button to or-der it. The very next moment my iPhone pinged and in-formed me that I need to leave, if I want to make that early meeting 12 miles away. As I got into my car, I used the voice activation to play a song from my favorite playlist subsequently to which Google Maps notified that it would take 18 minutes to drive to the venue where my meeting was scheduled. While driving, suddenly a thought dawned upon me - are we overly dependent on technology? The answer was, yes. Technology has changed our lives in many ways. In fact, it has not only transformed the way we communicate and manage activities, but has also influ-enced our decision-making. The key element that is driv-ing transformation of marketing is consumer preference. The marketers across the globe have understood the factor that customers love, thus Artificial Intelligence (AI) is tak-ing a lead in shaping a revolutionDon't you just love how Siri, Alexa or Google Assistant answers all of your questions? Isn't it interest-ing when you receive prompt response on some websites' chat-boxes no matter what the time is? Yes, the market-ers know this interests you and this is why AI holds fas-cinating possibilities in future for marketing. With AI, brands can study user needs, behaviors, and predict their future actions. This can help to optimize formulation of successful campaigns, and provide super personalized experiences to the potential customers.Areas Where AI Will Have Major Impact:Predictive Analysis: Data, numbers and facts helps com-panies to predict the market.
