School of Medicine At University of Wollongong:On January 29th 2007, the Graduate School of Medicine MBBS degree commenced, with a class of 80 students.Campus-based learning primarily occurs in new medical school buildings on the Shoal haven and Wollongong campuses. Clinical experiences are taking place in clinician offices, hospitals and other community health facilities within the Shoal haven and Illawarra and other regional and rural areas throughout NSW.
School of Business At University of Wollongong: Sydney Business School provides a range of postgraduate courses with flexible learning formats. It also provides a range of executive short courses and is a research active business school. Our programs are offered in Wollongong, Sydney and University of Wollongong Dubai.
Faculty of engineering At University of Wollongong: The Faculty of Engineering is comprised of three Schools, Civil, Mining and Environmental Engineering (CME); Mechanical, Materials and Mechatronic Engineering (MMM) and Engineering Physics.
We are also a research intensive Faculty with a student centered environment, where students interact with teaching staff at the forefront of their field of research. Students have opportunities to work in well designed laboratories and workshops, which are essential to the development of engineering skills.
School of Engineering Physics: University of Wollongong offers degrees in Physics, Medical Physics, Photonics and Nuclear Science and Technology. It is possible to undertake double degrees with Engineering, Arts, Creative Arts and Mathematics. Our undergraduate courses are accredited with the Australian Institute of Physics.University of Wollongong staff are highly qualified with many links with institutions around the world.
School of Mechanical At University of Wollongong: Materials & Mechatronic Engineering: Wollongong has a long tradition as being one of the major centers of Australian and International Engineering excellence. We are working at the forefront of technological developments in areas such as advanced manufacturing, materials handling, particle processing technology, mechatronics, computer/PLC control, sustainable energy, materials welding and joining and production and processing of materials and their adaptation.
