School Of Business At University of Northern Colorado:The Kenneth W. Monfort College of Business at the University of Northern Colorado is recognized for delivering excellence in business education. It is the first and only business program to receive the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award from the Office of the President of the United States (2004). The college is accredited by AACSB International in both business and accounting.University of Northern Colorado mission is to deliver excellent business programs and related learning opportunities that prepare individuals for successful careers and responsible leadership in business and society.
School of Nursing At University of Northern Colorado:The School of Nursing subscribes to a philosophy of nursing that views the patient holistically. Congruent with the belief in the dignity and worth of people is the belief that the individual has a right to be an active participant in the decisions concerning his or her well-being.The School of Nursing is fully accredited by the Colorado State Board of Nursing and the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education.University of Northern Colorado School of Nursing recently received internal university funds to purchase the NOELLE Patient Simulator (a mother – baby). This simulator allows students to practice maternal –infant care, including real time labor activities.
