School & Colleges At University of Houston:The University of Houston comprises 12 academic colleges and an interdisciplinary Honors College. Each major and graduate program “lives” in one of the 12 academic colleges, so the college that houses your program will become your academic home. The Honors College, in contrast, provides special courses and opportunities for talented undergraduate students of all majors and departments.
Engineering College at University of Houston:
University of Houston professor Richard C. Willson has been named a 2010 Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), which is the world's largest general scientific society and publisher of the journal Science. Willson is a professor of chemical and bio molecular engineering and biochemical and biophysical sciences. He was recognized by the AAAS for his "distinguished contributions to bio molecular recognition sciences and its applications and for development of technologies for rapid characterization of catalysts and nucleic acids."course are as follows.
College of Technology At University of Houston:The goal of the College of Technology is to provide the highest quality education for students in practical fields of technology and consumer science.University of Houston have been pursuing this mission since the early 1940s, when the building for the new school of technology became the third permanent building on the University of Houston campus.We offer numerous fully accredited undergraduate degrees in areas of practical technology as well as fully accredited masters degrees in some highly select and competitive areas.
