School of Business : Welcome to the School of Business and Economics. The School offers a wide range of programmes and is committed to teaching and research excellence. An education in Business and Economics offers enormous opportunities in today's fast-moving, global economy. At the School of Business and Economics we are confident in helping you realise your aspirations.

The School offers a range of postgraduate programmes, for specialists and non-specialists. For those without a strong background in business management we offer a suite of Masters in Management degrees, with optional emphasis on international management, finance or marketing.

For students with a background in business management or economics our specialist MSc's in Finance, Marketing and Business Economics provide an opportunity for advanced study. The School's full-time MBA programme provides an intensive programme of management education to students with appropriate previous management experience. The School has a thriving doctoral programme and welcomes applications from prospective students who wish to undertake research and research training in business and management subjects.

School of Engineering : The College is a cutting edge learning environment with state of the art teaching facilities. We pioneer technological progress in both traditional and emerging disciplines within the field of Engineering, working in partnership with major industrial companies. All our activities are driven and underpinned by world leading research, as recognised by the recent Research assessment Exercise (RAE) in 2008, where the combined score of the College of Engineering ranks number 8 in the UK. In 2001, Engineering at Swansea was reconfigured to form an integrated School, replacing the former Departments of Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Materials and Mechanical Engineering. The rationale was to address future challenges within Engineering where a multidisciplinary approach is crucial and has proven to be extremely successful from both teaching and research perspectives.To facilitate this, the School was reorganised into 3 research centres, Civil and Computational Engineering (C2EC), Materials Research Centre (MRC) and the Multidisciplinary Nanotechnology Centre (MNC). Teaching is arranged in13 traditional and emerging Disciplines, coordinated by 6 Teaching Portfolio Directors and a Head of Learning and Teaching. All activities within the School are supported by four Teams: Technical Facilities, Recruitment and Marketing, Administration and Finance.

The College of Medicine : The College of Medicine is driven forward by a close-knit team of people, all of whom bring unique experience and expertise to the ever-growing vision.

This team is led by Professor Julian Hopkin - Rector of Medicine and Health and Professor Gareth Morgan - Head of College and Dean of Medicine.

College of HUMAN & HEALTH SCIENCES : The College of Human and Health Sciences draws together the disciplines of health, nursing, midwifery, social care, social policy and psychology.

We are the largest provider of health care education in Wales, providing an exciting and dynamic environment in which to study and further an academic or professional career. The College’s mission is to conduct high quality international research that meets the needs of the people of south-west Wales and beyond.

The College has approximately 4000 students offering undergraduate degrees, postgraduate certificates, postgraduate diplomas, stand-alone modules, Masters, MPhil, PhD and DProf programmes.
