School of Business : Life University faculty typically have “in the trenches” experience, with impressive track records in diverse business ventures before they embarked on teaching careers. They’ve served as senior executives with Blue Chip companies like IBM, as owners of their own computer companies, marketing firms and insurance agencies, as international business consultants overseas and as business law attorneys.You’ll first gain a solid foundation in the overarching principles of management and then specialize in one area with additional coursework and potential internships, independent study and special projects. Our four areas of concentration within the degree mirror some of the fastest-growing career paths identified by the U.S. Department of Labor - marketing, project management, health care administration and general management. These careers are projected to grow steadily through 2020, providing students with opportunities to enter and advance in these fields.
