School & College At George Washington University:The George Washington University academic experience is firmly rooted in each of our ten undergraduate and graduate colleges and schools.  Each school has a distinct identity, yet all work together to create a dynamic and interdisciplinary learning environment.  They are listed below in the order of their founding.

School of Nursing At George Washington University:The George Washington University School of Nursing's Baccalaureate, Master's and Doctor of Nursing Practice programs are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education.Students interested in nursing have the option of pursuing associate degree registered nurse programs, second-degree programs and traditional four-year baccalaureate programs. Jean Johnson, Ph.D., dean of the School of Nursing, says nursing is the best profession for those who want to work with and care for people.

School Of Business At George Washington University:The George Washington University School of Business (GWSB) has named Liesl Riddle as associate dean of M.B.A. programs. She is currently an associate professor of international business and international affairs in the Department of International Business.The George Washington University School of Business (GWSB) has launched a new World Executive M.B.A. program designed to meet the needs of busy professionals who want a customized program that combines real-world experiences and rigorous classroom learning. In her new role, she will oversee the school’s five M.B.A. programs – the Global M.B.A., Professional M.B.A., Accelerated M.B.A., World Executive M.B.A. and Healthcare M.B.A.
