School & College in Chicago State University
School of Business:The College of Business is accredited by the Accreditation Council of Business Schools and Programs. Students who graduate from the College earn a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.
Management - Students learn about administration and human resource or personnel management, labor relations, and theories of organizations for positions in industry, retail, corporations and government.
Marketing - Students learn advertising, consumer behavior, distribution systems and research techniques for positions in sales, telemarketing, buying, supervision and general management
Management Information Systems - Students prepare for careers using quantitative information, electronic data processing and operations to make business decisions regarding computer systems.
School of pharmacy: Preparing pharmacists from diverse backgrounds to provide care for a global community!” This is a core value of the Chicago State University College of Pharmacy.The pharmacist’s ability to provide care for patients is professionally rewarding and provides an opportunity to improve the health of individuals as well as the community at large.During the 2009-10 academic year, the College received Candidate accreditation status from the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) and welcomed the Class of 2013, the second student cohort, into its doors.We have built a dynamic and challenging program that endeavors to provide a high quality educational experience that will allow outstanding pharmacists to take their places in the “provision of care for a global community.” We invite motivated students and faculty to join us on this exceptional journey.
