In our view, Costs of Compliance, Sustainability of Compliance, and Constantly Evolving Business Environment are major challenges for any IT enterprise. One of the ways to ensure IT Compliance is naturally carried out with a little resistance, lesser resources and lower budget; is to ensure the GRC control system, including compliance audits / certifications, are carried out using an integrated framework built on the commonalities across standards, regulatory bodies, agencies, etc. Sustainability of IT Compliance is a function of various internal and external environmental factors, often beyond the control of the enterprises. I've been working in the IT industry for over 15 years, and gained rich experience in Governance and Compliance in IT, as it evolved. As a passionate learner and an entrepreneur, we have built many service lines year-after-year in ProMinds, not limiting to IT GRC. It started with information security (2006), security and compliance testing (2007), GRC (2008), and enterprise security solutions (2013), and still evolving…. In this journey we have offered a range of IT GRC and Security services to 100s of clients in Governments, Defense, Private and Public Sector organizations.
The traditional focus of IT GRC is fast moving from mitigation and compliance to improving the bottom line, by minimizing loss or maximizing profit. In spite of large client base, ProMinds Global' has a special focus on SMB enterprises where we see more IT Compliance challenges and hence the opportunities. A comprehensive IT strategy must address all of the organization's IT security and governance needs by embracing right technologies, mitigating threats, and regulations while demonstrating business value to its stakeholders in a sustained manner.

Though we have been serving from small to large enterprises, 70% of our clients are of SMB segment, so we understand their challengesbetter. In the next three years, I would like to see ProMinds Global a leading player in the IT GRC arena, not just in India but Global that can help solve the major challenges of SMB enterprises applying multi-model, multi-regulation, and cross-continental platform of IT Compliance. In this connection, we are working on an Integrated and Optimized Risk Management Framework leveraging the organizational process assets, technology and our enterprise security solutions to minimize costs of compliance (CoC). More so, by leveraging ProMinds Global' rich IT process and improvement expertise we are aiming to build an efficient GRC control system that can save and earn millions of the SMB enterprises.
