World's 10 Amazing Places You Can't Visit

Lascaux Cave: On 12th September 1940, four boys came across a cave with beautiful prehistoric paintings on it. This cave located in Dordogne in France shows portrayals of various animals and their interaction with human being. The paintings are believed to be 20,000 years old. The cave drew more than a million visitors to Lascaux between 1948 and 1963. In 1960, the government declared the cave out of bounds for tourists as the carbon dioxide exhaled by the tourists caused damage to the art. Hence, you cannot visit this place, but there’s a consolation-a French artist Monique Peytrall with 10 years of hard work has reproduced the paintings of the cave. So you may choose to take a close at the paintings in some French gallery instead.
