Potato Chips

“No one can eat just one”
Purpose:

George Crum an Afro-American chef was working at the Moon Lake Lodge resort in Saratoga Springs, New York, USA. He was the best in making French fries and this resort had gained all fame for its wonderful fries. As usual, people are sometime annoying and the same happened here, a diner complained that the fries weren’t really good and they were very thick. George wasn’t happy with this customer but remained calm and made thinner fries but the customer would still not be happy with it.

Invention:
He was really annoyed with this customer who tested his patience and cooking skills, he wanted to play a small revenge to annoy the customer by making extremely thinner, crisp and flat fries which were impossible to eat with a fork. The fussy customer was surprisingly happy and munched it delightfully.
An angry customer, a chef and some potatoes made these wafers in 1853.
