In the financial year 2012 Tech Mahindra announced revenue of $ 1.5 Billion with 3 percent increase. The company also acquired HGS for $87.1 million and bought 51 percent stake in Comviva and also merged with another IT giant of the country, Mahindra Styam.

5. HCL Technologies

HCL Technologies is an India based information technology service provider headquartered in Noida, UP. The company is the fourth largest IT Company in India and is ranked 48 in the global list of IT services providers. Along with many big acquisitions HCL Technologies took over the UK based AXON Group for U.S. $658 million and renamed as HCL Axon.
