Vishal Sikka
Sap AG

Vishal Sikka is a member of the Executive Board of SAP AG and the Global Managing Board, heading all SAP products and innovation. He joined Sap in 2002, and was responsible for strategic innovative projects. Later on, he was promoted as the Senior Vice President of Architecture and Chief Software Architect, and was responsible for building road map and the direction for the architecture of SAP's products and infrastructure.

He is also a key decision maker for delivering products across SAP’s product portfolio including Applications, Analytics, Cloud, Database & Technology and Mobile.

Rakesh Kapoor
Reckitt Benckiser

He is an Indian businessman and Chief Executive Officer at Reckitt Benckiser. Multinational consumer goods company, Reckitt Benckiser manufactures and sells health, hygiene and home products.

Back in 1987, Kapoor joined Reckitt Benckiser just after completing graduation in MBA from XLRI- Xavier School of Management. From past 26 years Rakesh has played many different roles in the company including Regional Sales Manager, North India; General Manager, Indian Southern Region; and Regional Marketing Director, South Asia.

In 2011, Kapoor became the successor of Bart Becht, who had served as the CEO since 1999.
