The Right Way to Fire an Employee
Employers generally mention vague reasons for terminating the services of their employees. List out the reasons that you found unacceptable and list out the behaviors that you had actually expected. Never say that you disagree with on specific things. This will just lead to a long argument and might seem like an open door. Tell the employee that your decision remains final, and if the employee wants to vent out his feelings, listen--that's the least you can do.
