Profounder
Profounder is a professional crowdfunding website for equity and revenue share. Founder in August 2009 by Jessica Jackley and Dana Mauriello, the site provides tools including a pitch creator, term sheet generator and compliance calculator to help entrepreneurs to get started for the process of funding. If the person looks for outside sources of funding, they also have online applications for some partners. The site also provides a social platform wherein the entrepreneurs can share their needs with each other and swap resources. To get access to all of these, the entrepreneurs must be registered as a C-corp, making it legit to receive crowdfunding investments.
