Andrew Mason, founder of Groupon, denied to sell its search engine service to Google. Google offered the company with no less than $6 billion. The companies had different plans and Mason knew that they are going to make it big. The company has gone for IPO and has raised $700 million, the biggest IPO in the U.S. Internet company after Google.
