Myths about Innovation
People think that innovation is a one-man show where in the innovator is a genius. Remember that there is no guarantee that the past few innovation success makes you a genius who will never fail in his attempt. There are very few breed of such innovators who will succeed in all his ventures and can come out of any turn in the business. Corporations that truly want to build the capacity for innovation cannot simply rely on few such genius, but needs to put less emphasis on the individual hero and more on organizational excellence.
