Natarajan Chandrasekaran is a CEO and managing director of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). After taking over as the CEO in 2009 the company’s grown has increased to 21 percent.

Under his leadership and guidance, TCS has pioneered the creation of its unique Global Network Delivery Model (GNDM). And this was introduced in five continents in new markets like Europe, China and Latin America.

9. Anand G Mahindra
Company: Mahindra & Mahindra

In the year 1981, Anand G Mahindra stepped into the world of business with Mahindra Ugine Steel Co (MUSCO), which was then a major producer of specialty steels. He joined the company as an Executive Assistant to the Finance Director.

After working for 8 years, the company recognized his hard work and his memorable contributions towards the organization. In 1989 Mahindra was appointed as the President and Deputy Managing Director of Mahindra & Mahindra.

Before joining HDFC in 1994, Puri was the CEO of Citibank in Malaysia for three years. Presently, he is serving as the managing director of HDFC, India.

Puri is a commerce graduate from the University of Punjab as he is currently the associate member of the Indian institute of Chartered Accountants.
