Car Of The Week: Maruti WagonR Stingray

Interior:

Stingray gets an all-black interior with bits of chrome along the dashboard. The seats are themed along with the black scheme and the steering wheel wrapped in leather with built-in audio controls (for the optional pack).

The gear liver now sits on the dash board instead of the floor. The car gets tilt steering, electrically adjustable wing mirrors and the instrument panel also gets blue backlit update with chrome inserts and also multi information display.

Engine and Pricing:

Stingray is powered by the same 1.0 litre K-Series three cylinder petrol engine that generates 68PS. Coupled with the 998 cc engine is a 5-speed manual gearbox that helps the car to get mileage of 20.51kmpl.

The car is available in three variants now and a CNG model is expected soon. The base variant, Maruti Stingray LXi is priced at 4.09 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi), VXi at 4.38 lakhs and VXi (Optional) with driver side airbag and ABS at 4.67 lakhs.

The car is available in 5 colors: Midnight Blue, Passion Red, Glistening Grey, Superior White and Silky Silver.
