When a boss micromanages his employees, the employees stop communicating due to fear of becoming micromanaged. This may result in laying low strategy in office, resulting in no communication, no engagement and no growth. This restricts the growth of not only the company but also yours, as your boss will find you less trustworthy. An increase communication in terms of project discussion or authority distribution is as important as being provided with autonomy. This will help in predefined role of each without any interference of the other.
