Amul is an Indian based dairy cooperative situated in Anand, Gujarat. Since its formation in 1946,  it is managed by a cooperative body known as Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd. (GCMMF). Amul is known as the largest producers of milk and milk products in the world. GCMMF is an organization that markets largest food products in India. The turnover of GCMMF was around $97.74 billion during the year 2011-2012.

Colgate is an American based company which was founded by William Colgate in 1806. It was the first toothpaste for oral hygiene. In1896, it was introduced as toothpaste in collapsible tube. It was in the year 1930; Colgate was first introduced in India. Colgate has various other products like toothbrushes, mouthwashes and dental floss. It has around 54.2 percent of share markets in India.
