CallidusCloud Acquired LeadFormix

The desparate game of M&A in 2012, CallidusCloud acquired LeadFormixFor $9 million, LeadFormix was acquired by CallidusCloud to take their products to North America. CallidusCloud, California-based sales and could SaaS computing company, was looking for marketing automation where as LeadFormix, that provides multi-tenant SaaS solution, was looking for the best in the technology in the marketing automation space. LeadFormix was Co-Founded by Srihari Kumar, Shreesha Ramdas and Sushil Jha in 2008.
