ScaleneWorks Raises First Round of Funding

Bangalore: Bangalore based ScaleneWorks People Solutions, a recruitment product and services provider has successfully raised first round of funding from a strategic PE recently and are poised to grow by 80 percent this year. "This infusion of funds was necessary to accelerate development of our flag-ship Recruitment automation product "ReSOLUTE". We are seeing great interest in this cutting-edge product that intelligently combines productivity improvement tools with Business Intelligence dashboards," says Ashish Tiwari, Co-founder and VP, ScaleneWorks. Founded in 2010, ScaleneWorks has carved out a niche in the strategic Recruitment consulting & Recruitment Process Outsourcing business. In the last 18 months ScaleneWorks has worked with more than 30 customers and many of them are top notch, Tier 1 - IT organizations. "ScaleneWorks has also formed an advisory board," adds Sharon George, Co-founder & Head - Product Development. ScaleneWorks' advisory board has industry veterans like TGC Prasad alumnus of TISS 92 batch, who has worked as Country Manager, Global Vice President for Misys Plc and was on the board of Misys, India. Prior to that he worked with companies such as Wipro, Coopers & Lybrand, PWC, IBM, MindTree, and Alcatel-Lucent in various senior management roles globally. Prasad will be also guiding ScaleneWorks' senior management team on many areas. He is the author of the best-selling books, "Unusual People Do Things Differently" and "Along the Way".
