Samsung launches 12 megapixels camera-mobile in India
Bangalore: Samsung has launched Pixon 12 (M8910) in India. As the name suggests this camera phone is equipped with a 12 megapixels camera and many other features including touch screen. This latest phone from Samsung has 3.1-inch AMOLED touchscreen that renders 16 million colors at a resolution of 480x800 pixels. Pixon 12 records at 720x480 pixels at 30 frames per second. Even though this is less than Omnia HD'S 1280x720 pixel HD resolution but still is good enough for decent video recording. Pixon 12 also has functions like autofocus, xenon and power LED flash which makes the phone as good as a digital camera. Pixon 12 also supports 3G, GPS, A-GPS and any other connectivity options. It is equipped with FM Radio and TV out functionality as well. It has a internal memory of 150 MB and user can add external memory upto 16GB. Pixon 12 is now available in India at a price of 29,990.
