Nokia launches E75 with Nokia Messaging Service
Bangalore: Nokia, the leading mobile phone company, today unveiled the new addition to its Eseries range, Nokia E75, with its latest Nokia Messaging Service that mobilizes email solutions on Nokia devices. A stylish phone, E75 offers a good corporate and consumer email experience via pre installed Nokia Messaging push email service. Embedded with Nokia Messaging Service, E75 is the first device from Nokia to offer complete integration of email and messaging services and provides an easy three step process for instant email set up and supports upto 16 email accounts. The Nokia E75 includes an intelligent input feature with auto-completion and correction. The device supports high standard multimedia experience with a 3.2 megapixel camera, autofocus, flash, and comes integrated with a music player, media player, FM and internet radio. E75 comes with inbuilt memory of 8GB which can be expanded to 16 GB. The device also supports integrated A-GPS and preloaded maps on the memory card. It also includes a built-in mobile VPN for convenient intranet access. Boasting a full desktop email functionality along with both standard keypad and QWERTY keypad to give an ease-of use experience, Nokia E75 is available for 26,299 in two colors - silver black and red. With the Nokia Messagng Service, E75 will support an array of third party email solutions, namely Gmail, Yahoo, Rediffmail, Sify, Indiatimes, Net4, Hotmail and In.com amongst others, thereby providing direct access to over 90 percent of the world's corporate inboxes as well. It will also support consumer friendly intuitive user interface that offers two customizable home screen modes for business as well as personal mode. Currently available only in E75, the messaging service can be downloaded into existing N and E series phones from Nokia. The new messaging service is an attempt from Nokia to become a solutions provider. Speaking at the launch, Jasmeet Gandhi, Head Services, Nokia India said, "Business mobility is now a necessity.
