JiniLabs released Indian TV Guide

Bangalore: Bangalore-based JiniLabs, a products company, recently released India TV Guide, an application that lets mobile users access TV listings on their phones. The application can be downloaded free of charge from the Android market. JiniLabs develop products which enhances the users experience on Smartphones and Tablets. Founded by TechJini Solutions in January 2011, it has its team spread across India and Finland. The other applications include Aw Shugs and JiniBooks. The company currently focuses on Entertainment and Publishing verticals. India TV Guide lists TV listings for over a 150 channels telecast in India, adding more every day. Users can set reminders and alerts for shows and can create list of favorite channels to access listings at one place. It allows the users to search for their favorite program or channel. Amit Rana, Co-Founder, JiniLabs, says, "India TV Guide is an interesting application for any television lover to have, for you don't really need to be in front of the TV and switching channels or read newspaper to find out what might be of interest to you."
