Both personal and business relations are involved with high degree of risk, it is uncertain when you might need the help of court. This court may be bankruptcy court or divorce court. Both are not beneficial for the health of you and your business. So, what is that can be done to re-frame oneself from either of the courts.
Spouse involvement in Business
When you start a business, you are not able to focus much towards your spouse and your house and this becomes a matter of conflict between the two. If your spouse is well enough to understand the complexities of the business and wants to roar in the jungle along with you, it is better to indulge the spouse starting from inception to the stage of implementation. Explain every detail as if you are preparing to crack a bank loan. Make your partner understand the traits and efficiencies required to build the business. This will give him/her a better sense of ownership that can lead to better support and will understand the need of the moment. A cross questioning about the time and resources that you could not spend with them will be eliminated.
