Bangalore: Hardly anyone would select water over an array of other beverages. Whatever escapade alcohol provides, it's worth recalling that most drinks are harmful. And for the first time, we aren't talking about long term liver damage or injuries persistent while trying to do long jumps or high jumps in your buddy's house after seven shots of vodka or whiskey! We are talking about that precious waistline. Some of those most commonly preferred drinks conspire to make you fatter than actor Val Kilmer. So take note of these pitfalls to make sure your belt isn't under cordon, your barstool patented for casualty and your skill to chat up candid women half past dead!

Tonic with Anything:

Who doesn't love a good vodka tonic or gin tonic? Isn't it a great combination? But the obvious color contradicts the calorie load! Tonic water singlehandedly swanks off over ninety calories per serving and twenty-two grams of sugar. Adding vodka to it? Then three vodka tonics quickly hit you with close to five hundred calories. Don't fret over it. We have a solution for you. If you're going to be drinking a lot, swap tonic water for club soda and adorn it with a wedge of lime to get the citrus flavor.
