Bangalore: Brand Merchandising and Corporate Gifting Company eYantra has acquired Privilege Corner for an undisclosed sum. With the acquisition Phani N Raj, Founder eYantra and Mayank Gupta join the board of Directors of Privilege Corner and retain the brand name and entity.

The Delhi-based Corporate Rewards and Recognition Company, Privilege Corner, was Co-Founded by Anshul Gupta, Nitin Mathur, Harsh Azad and Umang Maheshwari in June 2010. In this short span of time, they have worked with big companies. The company’s signature reward solution, known as the Privilege Club’ works on the concept of value proposition and centers on the element of exclusivity. Privilege Corner creates and manages employee benefit programs via intranet based IT Platfroms.

Phani Narayanam, Founder and CEO, eYantra said that their pioneering work in setting up benefits and rewards and reward programs to corporate’s and its employees is augmented by the acquisition of Privilege Corner. He added that Privilege Corner will implement the solution for eYantra’s over 1000 corporate clients immediately.

Prior to the acquisition, Privilege Corner has received a seed fund if $200,000 from private investors in December last year. Anshul Gupta, Founder and CEO, Privilege Corner, said that they experienced exceptional response from their clients for their unique rewards programs. Prior to founding Privilege Corner, Gupta held the post of Executive Assistance to CEO, Smile Interactive Technologies Group, senior consultant at Emergent Ventures, and senior business analyst at Evalueserve. He holds an MAB in Finance from ISB.

eYantra has over 14 physical stores, more than 32 online stores, and it provides dedicated and on-demand custom made solutions for all requirements and acts as a one-stop-shop for ideation, designing and execution for corporate merchandising solutions. It has earlier raised $7.8 million from PE fund, Argonaut Private Equity.
