Bangalore: Being the boss is not always what it's cracked up to be. They have all the responsibility, accountability and often heavy risk on their shoulders. It is hard being a boss, contrary to popular perception, being a boss doesn't free you to do what you want - it's quite the opposite. The boss actually has to depend on others to succeed and that makes the job more complicated than that of the individual performer. It requires the ability to influence others in both thought and action and that's seldom accomplished by being bossy. Which is why sometimes, being a boss turns out to be burden. 1.It's a heavy burden being right all the time
We know that perfection is nearly unattainable, but that is no excuse to not keep trying. It isn't the bosses' fault when others think they are perfect. Work pressure and the urgency to meet deadlines, at times compel one to lose his/her temper. The same is the case with bosses. This does not mean that as an employee, one should retaliate in equal measure.
