Bangalore: As per Cardiologists’ reports, unhealthy food habits, Diabetes and High Blood Pressure are the main cause, for doubling the risk of having a stroke. Physicians often suggest how to avoid and deal with stroke, but most of us will not give importance to them, so a single stroke can give us an unbearable pain, and there is a possibility our family member can also suffer from this dangerous disease. The matter of fact is stroke is the third leading cause for a death of a person, as per health experts’ reports. Here are the possible ways to avoid the risk of stroke.



Have a check if you have high blood Pressure or Hypertension. 



By controlling high blood pressure, not only can you avoid stroke, but also heart disease, diabetes, and kidney failure. So you have to make sure, that you go to doctor for a regular blood pressure check up, because for some people the first symptom of high blood pressure is a stroke. If you suffer from this disease without fail consult your doctor, and plan a strategy with him to bring your blood pressure down. And by doing this simple thing you can control your pressure, avoid drugs known to raise blood pressure, eat right:  cut down on salt and eat fruits and vegetables to increase potassium in your diet.
