Aircel ties up with Facebook for Voice updates

Bangalore: Aircel has now introduced an innovative way to connect with your friends, family and colleagues. You can connect to people you know all over the world with a single voice update from Facebook and this does not even need high speed internet access on your mobile phone.
For example if you want to change your status then all you need to do is dial a short code to record your voice message and then post it as your status on Facebook. Your friends will receive an SMS alert about your new status, to which they can reply back with a voice message on Aircel.
Aircel which has a subscriber base of 50 million is constantly exploring different avenues and is leaving no vertical unexplored including the social networking segment. According to Aircel Facebook Voice Updates is a technology which will bring both business community and youth together.
