8 CEOs with Poor Reputation

#7 Jeffrey Yabuki

Company: Fiserv; CEO rating: 39 percent: Fiserv is a global provider of information management and electronic commerce systems for the financial services industry. Jeffrey Yabuki has been the CEO of Fiserv for 9 years and his biggest criticism is that the company has become very frugal. The employers complain that the upper management does not listen to the employees’ ideas on how to improve the company. Yabuki is infamous for being disrespectful to the company’s workers, as one claimed, he once said, “If you don’t like the way we do business, there’s the door.” It is also noted that company’s low pay, along with paltry benefits were frequent complaints of the workers and this is what frustrates them.

#6 Bill Nuti

Company: NCR; CEO rating: 39 percent: Bill Nuti is the Chairman, CEO and President of NCR Corporation. It is the global leader in consumer transaction technologies; NCR makes self-checkout machines, ATMs and Airport self-service kiosks to name a few. While the company’s revenue is growing, employees reflected a strong dislike of their CEO, Bill Nuti. They complained that under him, people could be called to work on a moment’s notice at any time in a week. The decisions are based on much favorism rather than thinking about the good of the company. Employees also said that much of the technology was out of date, and the company required employees to carry cumbersome manuals and common problem, a demanding full-time commitment.
