Spontaneity comes with psychological nimbleness. Market trends keep on changing every minute and a CEO must be on his toes to find an answer to every question that arrives. In deeper sense psychological nimbleness is the ability to choose between two good options when both have potential prospects. Objective, enthusiasm and impulsiveness complement each other. Impulsiveness without objective is persuasiveness.  Objective without enthusiasm is silence; no one will notice what are the thoughts or feelings. A CEO has to be passionate to solve the problems. A CEO must be able to prioritize the problems which need immediate attention and then persistently look for solutions.

Socializing is important for the CEOs. They must attend conferences and attend meetings and trade associations to check if the company objectives and visions are on right track. Socializing not only helps to keep updated about the changing industry trends but also helps to foresee which changing trends can have deep impact on the business and which are nothing but a flee.
