14 Indian Companies Participate in BITS 2014


BANGALORE: 12 Indian companies are participating in BITS–a CeBIT Event (Business IT South America) from May 13 – 15, 2014. BITS will be home to the ICT-sector with CIOs and other decision makers from across the globe converging in Brazil for this mega event. CeBIT is the world’s leading B2B exhibition that also takes place in Hannover, Australia, Turkey and will debut in India this year.

Over 14 Indian companies are present at the Brazil event this year, including Atlanta Systems, Compucare, Deki Electronics, Securinex Inc, Flexi Templates, 01 Synergy, Gateway 7 production & technologies Llp, M/S Allied Info Services, M/S Nichi-In Software Solutions, M/S Sierra Odc, M/S Telematics 4u, M/S Yusata Infotech, Securinex Inc, Theindiainc.Com and Zansys.

In 2014, the 4th edition of BITS will gather companies and highly skilled professionals from different countries and segments, ready to expand their business base and broaden their technological knowledge. BITS' international platform presents a multitude of possibilities for participants by including concurrent activities.

In 2013, BITS Brazil attracted a record 12.905 visitors and 209 exhibitors from 20 countries across the globe. This year, ICT companies from 20 countries including Germany, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, China, Colombia, South Korea, Costa Rica, Egypt, United States of America, Italy and Mexico are present to showcase their innovative potential at BITS Brazil.

India, recently, participated at CeBIT Hannover in March 2014, which was attended by Shri J. Satyanarayana, Secretary, DeitY, Department of Electronics and Information Technology, Shri P.K Kunhalikutty, IT Minister, Govt. of Kerala, K.R Gururaja Roa, Chairman &Managing Director, Gujarat Informatics Limited and Shri Abhishek Mishra, Minister of State, Minister of Science and Technology Uttar Pradesh. An Indian company named Crayon Data, founded by two graduates from IIM-Calcutta in 2012, was selected as one of the top 50 finalists shortlisted for the Code_n Awards in Europe's largest technology showcase CeBIT Hannover 2014.
