Though Lamberto Andreotti has been with Bristol-Myers Squibb for the last 14 years, he was named CEO only two years ago. Since then he has kept on accumulating revenue and profit growth for the company. He has also worked for margin expansion.

Andreotti, the Italian executive, had his engineering degree from Sapienza Univeristy of Rome and his Master of Science degree from Massachusetts Institute of technology.

He has been leading the company's "String of Pearls" strategy of alliances, partnerships and acquisitions over the past several years. He being at the helm the company had acquired the biotech firm Medarex, ZymoGenetics, and Inhibitex, for $2.5 billion.

John B. Veihmeyer has been at the major accounting firm KPMG for 33 years. He became CEO of KPMG in 2008 and was named the company chairman in 2010.

Prior to this he served as the Global Head of Risk Management & Regulatory and was a member of KPMG’s International Executive Team. 

The privately-held company, KPMG is headquartered in Amsterdam, with its U. S. headquarters in New York.
