Anurag Singh Kashyap is a film director and screenwriter who was very passionate about films since his childhood. When he joined college in 1993 he started watch a lot of films. The films that mostly inspired him were Vittorio Di Sica’s films.

Anurag made his first directorial debut with the movie “Paanch” which was not released in theatres. To name a few “Black Friday” “1993 Bombay bombings” “No Smoking” “Dev D” “Gangs of Wasseypur” are some of his directorial cinemas.
