Dalmore 50 Year Old Decanter comes with a price of $11,000. It was bottled in 1978 into 60 remarkably cut crystal decanters. The cask was laid in 1920. It is known to be one of the best 50 year old whiskies ever created it has become a desired of many admirers around the world.  With a deep amber colour its finish is fresh and everlasting with very orange and refined finish. The heat of the tongue plays an important part in releasing the rare and delicate zest.  

Glenfarclas 1955 50 year old: $10,878:

Glenfarclas 1955 50 year old is bottled in 2005 precisely 50years from the day after its distillation. The story behind the magnificent Glenfarclas production is that it was hand-picked by George S. Grant to rejoice his Great-Great-Great-Great-Grandfather John Grant on his Bicentenary birth anniversary and in 1865 he bought the Glenfarclas distillery. The cask filled 110 bottles which were sold even before the Whisky was released. It is believed to be the best malt ever released.  As a word for caution for the wealthy buyers-overlook its rich scent of 50 year old Speyside. The taste is silky and spicy and begins with a sweet tang.
