2) Most expensive realty deals in Mumbai:

a) Property deal: rs400 crore

Three-storey bungalow Maheswari House in Mumbai was bought by Sajjan Jindal, the chairman and MD of India’s third-largest steel company, JSW, for a whopping rs400 crore. This sea-facing bungalow includes an extensive porch as well as large garden and is situated on Nepean Sea Road. Sajjan Jindal bought this bungalow in June, last year which was recorded as one of the biggest property deals in India

b) Property Deal: rs39 crore

28th-floor sea-facing apartment on Nepean Sea Road has been bought by Jindals for a whopping of rs39 crore. This 28th-floor flat in Tahnee Heights spans over 3,320 square feet with outstanding view of the city. The apartments in Nepean Sea Road are the most expensive in Mumbai and Tahnee Heights is one of the luxurious residential skyscrapers in South Mumbai. Tulsi Bhimjyani, a real estate developer was the original owner of the flat which they sold it to Jindals of Jindal steel Works.
