Nowadays, developers are adopting a lot of tactics to get extra cash while selling their projects. And they deny providing basic amenities, which is one such tactics practicing by developers. Basic amenities like water supply and electricity which are the major needs for survival. In this condition, home buyers have to pay money to developers only to make sure that they get such basic amenities when getting possession.  So, to stop such practice, there is an urgent need for a regulator in real estate industry, which is still to come into action.

3) Huge gap between the promised and the given

There is a wide gap between what is promised and what is delivered in the real estate industry. Developers may promise you so many things at fast place but while handing over the possession you may get shock of your life by not finding the promised things in their appropriate place. For instance, they may show you some different layout and designs when you fixing the deal but in actual the interior may be opposite than what you shown before. Sometimes, they differ from delivering good quality and so it is important for you to check the developer’s previous projects to stay protected from such harassment.
