The areas in this region are witnessing a high growth rate in all verticals. Several Real estate projects are launched in this area mainly in Yeshwanthpur. In addition to the connectivity the industries nearby have received a good boost up and up gradation of the four lane state highway is definite to lead expansion all through the corridors. Due to the impact, Mysore Road is emerging as a residential destination due to many project launches.

 Impact on North side of Bangalore:

Not only the metro Rail route the international Airport, proposed connectivity to the NICE Road and the outer ring road add value to the northern part of Bangalore. The neighborhood localities like Nagawara, Hennur Road and Kammanahalli are receiving a progressive growth. The impact is heavy on Hennur Main Road because this is extremely in close proximity to the Bangalore metro and central area of Bangalore city. Many developers are intended to start up their project for better returns in future.

JP Nagar and Jaya Nagar connects the end of Phase I railway route. The property value and the Rental vales are upgrading from the beginning of construction. These areas will experience a 50% to 60% of a hike at the end of completion. The demand over mid segment residential projects in JP Nagar and Jaya Nagar is outstanding.
