Burj Khalifa is not just world’s tallest building, it an architectural marvel as well

Not only has the world’s tallest skyscraper dominated the skyline of Dubai, but also the building is a free-standing structure and recorded as the world’s tallest structure as well.

The tallest tower is designed by top-notch designers like Skidmore, Owings and Merrill of Chicago. In addition, the construction of Burj Khalifa is the tallest construction recorded in history till date. Surprisingly, the structure of 828 meters or 2717 feet is taller than the Sugar Loaf Mountain in Rio de Janerio that stands at about 396 meters and Hong Kong’s Victoria Peak Mountain that stands at nearly 552 meters.

The construction of Burj Khalifa outshines the record of Warsaw Radio Mast stands 625 meters, the tallest building recorded before Burj Khalifa. Apart from this, Burj Khalifa include over 160 stories that houses fine-dining restaurant-At.mosphere located in the 122nd floor, office floors, Armani Hotel Dubai with 160 guest rooms and suites, 144 Armani private residences and 900 Burj Khalifa residences.

Burj Khalifa is like a celebration with glass and steel

The building’s exterior shield is built up of 26000 glass panels and over 300 cladding professionals were hired from China to work specially on the skyscraper’s cladding system.  This aforementioned design has been adopted to resist the extreme temperature of Dubai. Also, the building design consists of 1,528,000 square feet of reflective glazing, aluminium and textured stainless steel panel.
