Bangalore shows the way to infrastructure development

Bangalore: To boost Bangalore infrastructure development, states industrial growth and investment Siddaramaiah government has promised the requisite activities, affirming that funds had improved last year by giving a spur to development activities.

By outlining the governments proprieties in his maiden address conveyed in Hindi to the joint session of state council, Vajubhai Vala, Governor said to help and uplift the backward section a social and educational survey would be led by the Karnataka State Commission.

The Vajubhai Vala inclination for Hindi has evoked condemnation from various Kannada associations. SO the Governor and his antecedents had conveyed his address and welcomed in Kannada.

Governor in his address says that “My government is making the necessary moves to handle the various issues of Bangalore, predominantly waste disposal and Infrastructure development. An estimated cost of Rs 1000 crore has been allocated for Bangalore infrastructure development and new solid waste management plant under Nagarothana scheme Phase 3.  

He pointed that Bangalore major infrastructure development Metro Phase I is targeted to complete by this year end and to study the issue of bifurcation of BBMP an expert committee has been set up.

A new industrial policy has been prepared to boost industrial growth investment and employment opportunity in the state. To offer more facilities, incentives and concessions to set up industries in backward regions the initiative steps have been taken in Hyderabad to Karnataka Region, he added.

Individuals come under SC/ST category, women and minorities can able to get higher incentives. In 2015, The State High Level Clearance Committee has approved 23 offers with a speculation of Rs 17,000 crore which can produce 24,000 jobs.
