Tortola, British Virgin Islands: The British Virgin Islands (BVI) boasts of their luxurious 3 8,000 square feet 5 bedroom villas that are surrounded by luscious green landscape and the amazing view of the Sir Francis Drake Channel. Each of the 3 villas is located at different elevations that could be an ideal place for weddings and celebrations. The interiors of Aquamare have a mixture of local stonework, rich hardwoods, travertine marble and 30-foot vaulted ceilings. Aquamare make you feel like you are living in royalty because of the sophisticated treatment provided for people who reside there. Each villa has a private waterfront pool with a view of the Drake Channel, a gourmet kitchen with dining tables inside and outside for gatherings. With its three master suites, Aquamare provides accommodation for up to 12 members per villa.

Bedford, New York: This house is built on the cliff of an old pegmatite quarry mine that was found by John Dochetry. After living in the house for five years, in 2005, Dochetry invited architect Lynne Breslin to renovate the house because it had a dark kitchen and very small windows. The house was renovated based on Japanese art and architecture. Breslin added large expanses of glass to blur lines between indoors and outdoors, and she also added new decks. The balcony of this hanging house also provides an amazing view of the quarry and the lush green woods.
